10 Minute Kitchen S2
10 Minute Kitchen was a series I helped develop and produce, responding to the fiscally conscious zenith of the time. The show utilises our 4 talent to demonstrate quick and affordable meals. My involvement included but was not limited to, ideation of episodes/ themes, co-ordination with both talent and sponsors for everything from contracts to dishes , managing all social media including website, co-ordinating with network and helping manage the set every day of filming. The show aired on Channel 10 and was met with extremely positive response. It is to be renewed for an even larger third season.

Silvia's Italian Masterclass
Silvia's Italian Masterclass is a series for Italian food lovers. The show stars Silvia Colloca and utilises her exclusive, authentic recipes. For this show, we thought it important to cater to a wider audience through a more inclusive recipe list (GF, VG, V). I have been involved in both pre/ post production and again, managed all digital media and co-ordinated with both Silvia and sponsors. The series is set to air on Channel 10 with Tx in early 2024.
